Frequently Asked Questions
  • May girls play baseball?: Yes, girls may play baseball, but very few do. Most play in the girls softball division.
  • Who determines practices days/times?: Your coach will select the team days/times/locations when he/she picks up equipment around the middle of April.
  • How are teams built?: Coaches may request a roster of players and spots will be held for that roster until February 1st. Starting February 2nd, teams will be filled by coach/player request first come first serve.
  • How many games are guaranteed?: 5 games are guaranteed, including the End of Season Playoff games. Games cancelled for any reason will not be rescheduled unless a team is in jeopardy of not getting 5 games during the season.
  • How do I request a refund?: Please email mimi@geyl.org to request a refund. Full refunds (minus a $25 service fee) will be issued before any games are played.
